We are all striving to have an attractive, coordinated neighborhood that will have enhanced property values over the years. In that regard, all Property Owners are reminded that even after the initial completion of your home, you still have to get Architectural Review Committee ("ARC") approval for the installation and/or modifications to your property. This is regarding anything that affects the outside appearance of your home, including, but not limited to:

1. Outside Lighting
2. Changing the exterior color of your home
3. Installation of a pool and outside devices such as pool equipment, hot tubs and standby generators
4. Installation of landscaping, statues, fountains and outside artwork
5. Fences
6. Any additions to your home

If something is installed without prior ARC approval, the Property Owners Association has the authority to enforce the Restrictions of Bocage Lake and require the removal of such property modification.
